first my recent favourite looks: 5-minute-make up! with only a few products, very simple, very natural, very quick.
#1: summer peach.

#3: spring rose.
products:
- MUFE Face&Body foundation in #20
- Kryolan Micro Silk powder in M3
- Guerlain Blush 4 Éclats in Rosée du Printemps
- Artdeco eyeshadow #16
other than these, i enjoyed many other products over the last months:
skincare-wise my staples and darlings were:
- Avène thermal spring water
- RapidLash
- SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic serum
i'm still LOVING the BeautyBlender!
and since my first one is starting to fall apart, i already ordered fresh supply ;)
i have sooo many powder brushes, but i still grab for the Artdeco stippling brush most often.
the dense (in comparison to other duo fibres) but still loose (in comparison to the classic powder brush) synthetic fibres make it easy to get a thin veil of powder without messing up your foundation underneath.
i leaned to these rather dry concealers in the past time for my undereye area (don't know why?):
- TheBalm Time Balm concealer in Light/Medium
- Maybelline Dream Mousse Concealer in #04 Rose Beige
and of course my staple concealer brush:
- Hakuhodo round highlighter B214BkSL
i always love MAC 217 and such type brushes: good for everything. applying eyeshadow all over, only in the crease, blend out, cream eyeshadow, even concealer.
here are shown: Sigma ss217 (3x), Rouge Bunny Rouge Large Shader #3, MAC 217, Estée Lauder Blender #25.
essential for my lashes: eyelash curler. this one is the Shu Uemura.
i really enjoyed Guerlain blushes the last months.
my favourite blush brush has become the MakeUpShow Squirrel Blush Brush H2.
also the brand Giorgio Armani got explored a little further, and the products are great!
i loved the new Eyes To Kill Silk Eyeshadows, the Sheer Blush #10 and am very impressed by their Eyes To Kill mascara which i got as a sample.
i also have the Lasting Silk foundation quite a long time now, which i will review for you in the future.
speaking of mascara, the last month have been pretty mascara-hopping for me as i accumulated a few samples (i don't buy expensive mascaras these days). some of the good ones are:
Hourglass Film Noir
Helena Rubinstein Sexy Blacks
Shiseido The Perfect.
i always layer my mascaras.
new and still to be tested more intensely: japanese mascaras. this one is the Kiss Me Heroine Long&Curl.
and where there are winners, there'll always be losers:
- Estée Lauder Sumptous
- L'Oreal Voluminous 5x Carbon Black ( i think the normal 4x-version is better)
- Estée Lauder Sumptous
- L'Oreal Voluminous 5x Carbon Black ( i think the normal 4x-version is better)
of course to mention: my new favourite lipglosses,
Essence Stay With Me lipglosses. i own all shades now :P
and last but not least: my all time favourite nail polish, which i even bought a back up of (i had to, because it was limited edition :( ).
Estée Lauder Surreal Violet
EDIT: almost every product has been reviewed on this blog. please use the search function to get further information, swatches and comparisons. i tried to link all the products but gave up soon as there are so many.
Och, ist das ein Lidschattenblümchen? Süss. Wo wachsen die denn? ^^
