Le Métier de Beauté Crème Fresh Tint in Coral Nymph.

i guess it's not too bad to resume my posts on the LMdB Crème Fresh Tints before my photos go to waste, today continuing with the shade Coral Nymph.
find a comparison/overview post on the sidebar (or here), a more detailed review of shade Ginger Lily here.

Coral Nymph is a milky peach with a tinge of coral, it fits well into the colour trend for this spring/summer but is an overall staple shade that flatters many skintones. it contains very subtle microshimmer that is not visible once applied other than as a soft glowy effect.
it's unscented and has a very soft consistency with an exceptionally fine texture, like a thick cream, but it's not too greasy or has lots of slip. the cream blush is quite pigmented so only a tiny bit is needed to achieve a lush pinky peach flush. this creates a natural finish and brightens and enlivens my complexion. it blends out easily and melts into the skin seamlessly almost like a stain. the skin feels soft and nourished but not sticky or greasy at all, even after a long day i can't detect it melting off or fading on my oily face. i use either my fingers or the Hakuhodo duo fibre brush G5552 to apply it. it doesn't budge my base make up underneath.
Coral Nymph is also a nice colour on the lips, on me it's a peachy-nude.
i really like these Crème Fresh Tints by Le Métier, they give a beautiful longlasting effect, are versatile and a good deal at 28$/24£ (now available at zuneta.com!!!). i wouldn't take them with me on hot summer days though - i'm afraid they might melt.

have you tried these cream blushes by Le Métier? how do you like them? has someone experienced any melting problems with them?

comparison

Coral Nymph is rather peach while Illamasqua's Rude has more coral, GA Blushing Fabric #3 is more pink and sheer and Maybelline's cream blush is lighter, more shimmery and pink.

    1. that's too bad!
i was quite surprised how well they lasted on me when i first tried them because they have such a soft consistency - i thought they would just melt off in a few hours on my oily skin. but somehow the stain-y quality works really well on my skin! i hope you can find a way to make them last longer on you. have you tried layering a liquid stain underneath or a powder blush on top?

  4. What a radiant fresh look! I'm going to fish my neglected Le Metier Coral Nymph out of the drawer right now in the hope that it looks even half way as good on me as it does on you. Beautiful!

  5. As to the melting question. When I received LMdB's Poppy it arrived with half of the product melted into the lid. This doesn't appear to affect the quality of the blush on the face/ lips but it doesn't look too pretty in the pot:((

    1. eww that's really unpleasant when you pay a high end price :(
where did you order it? did it take very long or was it very warm when it was shipped? i bought mine through a friend in the US, it took about 6-7 weeks to get to me but luckily i bought them in wintertime so i didn't have any melting problems.

  6. I had this one as well. I loved the moussey cream texture a lot and it wasn't drying on my dry skin. The colour is very pretty <3

  7. Thanks to your tip I think I bought both CN & Poppy through your friend:))
It also took about 7 weeks from the US and it was in winter. Perhaps it spent some time in a warm customs office. My Coral Nymph is also very soft but is not a mess like Poppy. I plan to put them both to lots of use now though after seeing your pics so I'll have the blush in the lid used up in no time.

    1. awww, thank you for that compliment! i think this is a really versatile peach blush. for powder blushes i like Nars' Gina for a true peach and Givenchy Aficionado Peach for a more muted colour.

    1. that's a pity! maybe you can make them last longer by setting them with a transparent powder or a sheer powder blusher?
if you use them on the lips, make sure to moisturize them well before you apply the creme fresh tint, they are not moisturizing enough for the lips if you want to wear them long time.

  19. Hi, I like this blush a lot but do have problems with oil leaking out if stored sideways. The large lid is helpful as I can dab off excess from my brush before applying.

    1. oh, this seems to be a common problem, i've heard a few of you complained about it already. i also store mine sideways since about 6 months but i haven't experienced this problem yet. i will keep this in mind!
